This article talks about the proposed rolling out of the e-way bill system on 1st April to track to track the inter-State movement of goods above the value of ₹50,000.The article said that this next step in the GST regime must factor in industry and States’ reservations.

Example – 
The law enforcement officers knew they needed to move in haste if they wanted to capture the escaped criminals.

5)Reckon (verb)  (गणना करना): rek-on
Meaning – 
 conclude after calculation; be of the opinion/
to anticipate a specific thing will occur, establish by calculation.
Synonyms – calculate, compute, quantify.
Antonyms – distrust, doubt, mistrust, question, suspect

Example –
Due to the sudden decrease in demand of the Maggi, losses were reckoned to be over a million dollars.

6)Stagger (adjective)  (लड़खड़ाहट): sta-gur
Meaning –

Example –

7)Disparity (noun)  (असमानता): dis-parity
Meaning –  
the quality or state of being different
Synonyms –inequality, discrepancy, inconsistency, imbalance
Antonyms – 
parity, similarity
Example –
There is a huge disparity between the crime rates in the urban cities and the crime rates in the rural areas.
