Today’s article ‘Power games: on AAP’s relationship with the bureaucracy in Delhi‘ has been picked from ‘The Hindu’

This article talks about the relation of Delhi Government and Central Government.Focusing on the recent conflict of AAP Government with the Union government, the article says that the AAP government in Delhi should repair its relationship with the bureaucracy so that the Centre and the Delhi government can work together for the benefit of Delhi.

Meaning – 
 show or guide (someone) somewhere.

start, initiate, inaugurate.
– help, assist, show, lead, show someone the way, guide, steer
Example –
As the person was new to the place, a kind man ushered him the right way into his office.

1)Transpire (verb) (घटित होना):   trans-pire
Meaning – 
to occur or take place/(of a secret or something unknown) come to be known; be revealed.
Synonyms –  happen, occur, take place, come about, come to pass
cause, stop
Example – 
Although the new law has passed, you should not expect changes to transpire immediately.
